Warehouse Assistant - KZN

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

-At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

-Matric or equivalent qualification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Matric or equivalent qualification

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

-To assist in general warehouse duties.

-To make sure that all stickers are pulled with correct quantities and look after the beams area in terms of housekeeping.

- Make sure that the stock is protected from rain by covering with tarpaulins at all times.

-Also help in loading and offloading of trucks.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

-Maintain allocated section of the warehouse to the company required standard and ensure a high quality of workmanship at all levels

-Comply with the Occupational, Health and Safety Act and inform the maintenance supervisor when the ability to fulfill the above obligations is endangered.

-Manage the workshop, stores, tools and equipment as well as all safety
