Relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.</span><strong><br></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>SCDC Minimum Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>A high school diploma and twelve (12) years of experience in correctional, security, military, or police work, which include six (6) years of supervisory experience in a correctional environment.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>A bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of overall experience. Associate degree may substitute for 2 years of overall experience.
