Waitress for Western concept lifestyle restaurant

They are currently seeking a vibrant and passionate Waitress to join their team at a Western concept lifestyle restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is memorable. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of specials and menu offerings
• Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure they are satisfied with their orders
• Clear tables and reset them for upcoming customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all tables are presentable
• Upsell menu items to guests to increase revenue for the restaurant

Requirements

• High school diploma or graduation or equivalent in Hotel or Culinary school is essential
• College Freshers from Culinary or Hotel school are welcome
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and have a positive attitude

Benefits

The salary is AED 1700 - 2400 + AED 400 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
