Waitress for a Luxury property in Abu Dhabi

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service

• Serve food and drinks according to service standards

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas

• Attend to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Relevant hospitality certification, training certificate, or diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage is an advantage
• Previous experience as a Waitress in hotels or restaurants preferred

• Candidates with 4-star or 5-star hotel experience are highly preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable with excellent grooming standards

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

• Ability to work flexible shifts
