Your role as a Waiter will include:

• Greeting and seating guests, providing menus and information about specials.
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Enhancing the guest experience by offering personalized service and recommendations.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas during and after service.
• Addressing guest inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Participating in team meetings and training to stay informed about menu changes and service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
