We are currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiter / Waitress for our award winning Palm Court Restaurant.

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Waiter / Waitress in our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.

• Pay of circa 27,500 per year

As a Waiter / Waitress in Palm Court, your main role will be to –

• welcome guests to Palm Court in a friendly and engaging manner
• provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
• be familiar with all food & beverage items on the menu
• demonstrate your passion in Palm Court and personalise and engage with your guests
• be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
• ensure that you adhere to health and safety matters

The ideal Waiter in Palm Court will have –

• excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea
• previous experience in a similar environment
• flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
• confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
• ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
• excellent attention to detail
• clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
