Waiter/Waitress 

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress role for our Langham Club department. The Langham Club is our 'hotel within a hotel' which consists of guest rooms and two lounges which serve food and beverage throughout the day, starting with breakfast service, afternoon tea and light dinner dishes in the evening period. 

In your role of a Waiter/Waitress , your key duties and responsibilities will be:

• preparation of buffet offerings, and toping up of those,
• serving the food to the guests,
• preparation of beverages,
• clearing of tables, and
• preparation of relevant mise en place required for service.

You will be expected to provide a truly memorable and personalised experience to all guests using the Club Lounges area. Potential candidates for the role of Waiter/Waitress will have excellent customer service skills and work with flair, passion and a conscientious attitude.

Key requirements for the Waiter/Waitress  role are as follows:

• previous experience in a similar Hospitality environment
• strong interest and passion for food & beverage
• excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
• immaculate personal presentation
