We are currently looking for talented staff who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

Peru Perdu is a colourful & vibrant Peruvian inspired restaurant in the heart of central Manchester. You will be joining our loyal front of house team who are dynamic and experienced in delivering the highest level of service in a friendly manner.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented and confident with experience in a fast pace environment. They will have a friendly and warm personality, enthusiastic and keen to help our guest on having a memorable experience.

Role requirements

· Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional service standards with attention to detail

· Passion for hospitality with a friendly approach to changes

· Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team

· Availability to work part-time and over weekends.

· Approachable nature with the ability to communicate to people at all levels

· Provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times

· Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene
