Job Description

• Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), with a primary focus on Insurance Companies (Life, General, Reinsurance, Credit Insurance), Asset Managers, Funds, Trust Accounts, and Trustees.

• The role involves origination, coverage, and execution of strategic account plans, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating across multiple business units to deliver integrated solutions for both onshore and offshore markets.

• Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

• Work closely with the Bancassurance team and partners to ensure a One Bank mindset in serving client needs.

• Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’

• Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability.

• Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned.

• Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”).

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university/colleges

• Has a strong interest in financial planning, investment, client management and keen to work in a sales driven environment

• Preferably someone with at least 6-8 years of sales/credit experience. 

• Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter

• Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent team work/spirit
