Position Summary:

 

The Vice President of Operations with a focus on quality control directs business execution while owning corporate quality assurance systems. This executive role develops strategies, sets quality standards, safety and compliance rules, implements process improvements, and coordinates with other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Thia role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, minimizing defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to match company and government standards across all facilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control managers and daily plant operations.
• Build and update testing standards for raw goods and final products.
• Fix root causes of manufacturing errors using data.
• Ensure total compliance with safety and legal regulations.
• Work with engineering and production teams to fix operational bottlenecks.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ten or more years of leadership experience in operations or quality management.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading audits, regulatory responses, and enterprise risk initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate operational requirements into business guidance.
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting formal operational responses.
