Vp of Communications

Robert is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Communications to lead and oversee all internal and external communication efforts. In this executive role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives. You will manage communications teams and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including media relations, corporate communications, crisis management, and employee communications. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping how Robert communicates its vision, values, and achievements to diverse audiences, including customers, employees, investors, and the public. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vice President of Communications or in a senior communication leadership role.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Strong media relations and public speaking abilities.
• Experience managing crisis communications and reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
