Report to: SVP and Head of Fund Service Transfer Agency

Job Contents
1. To plan, manage and control all aspects of team operations to ensure optimum levels of operational efficiency is achieved and to meet business and operating objectives as well as regulatory reporting
2. Foster positive client relationships
3. Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with GTAP team and BS manager for the department, clients and regulator
4. Improve standard of service and operational efficiency
5. Manage and develop staff
6. Safeguard the Bank from potential loss
7. Ensure that the business/ department complies with all relevant laws, rules and regulations Group standards set by the Group and relevant authorities

Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor or above university degree
2. Has strong expertise and experience in securities industry asset management company or in commercial/ institutional banking experience
3. Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
4. Familiar with Excel, word
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6. Organized, self-initiated an detail oriented
7. Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
