GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking dynamic and results-driven VoIP Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a VoIP Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our state-of-the-art VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solutions to businesses in various sectors. This role involves identifying client needs, conducting effective sales presentations, and ultimately closing sales to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential business customers for VoIP services through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations that demonstrate the advantages of our VoIP solutions.
• Understand client communication requirements and provide tailored VoIP solutions to meet their needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging VoIP technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and progress.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or VoIP industry.
• Strong understanding of VoIP technology and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
