VOIP Sales Persons (Cold Callers)

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for motivated and energetic VOIP Sales Persons (Cold Callers) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calling to promote our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, secure appointments, and ultimately drive sales for our cutting-edge telecommunications solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our VoIP services.
• Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our products to engage potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads effectively to set sales appointments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls made and the outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and re-engage with potential clients who have shown interest.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop personalized sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the VoIP or telecommunications sector.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain perseverance in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
