VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Engineer

We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Engineer with 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience and strong expertise in deploying, managing, and supporting VMware Cloud Foundation environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with virtualization, software-defined data centers (SDDC), and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX, and vSAN infrastructure.
Perform lifecycle management, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of VCF components.
Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability.
Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using PowerCLI, Ansible, or Terraform.
Support disaster recovery, backup, and high availability solutions.
Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure platform reliability and security.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in VMware infrastructure administration.
Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, NSX, and vSAN.
Experience with PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform, or other automation tools.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, networking, and storage technologies.
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of enterprise virtualization platforms.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Cloud Foundation certification.
Experience with Kubernetes, VMware Tanzu, or Aria Suite is a plus.
