Founded in 2023 by alumni from IIT and Stanford GSB, Truva is on a mission to create the most delightful and trustworthy home-buying experience in India, similar to Spinny for Homes. Our all-encompassing platform guides buyers through every step of their journey, from discovering exceptional properties and scheduling home visits to providing complete legal and financial assistance. Despite being just nine months old, we have already secured a $3 million seed round from prominent investors, indicating our strong potential for rapid growth. At Truva, we prioritise a seamless home-buying experience and have been profitable from Day 1, attracting top investors.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME VISUAL DESIGNER to join us in building a radically delightful home-buying experience. You will work closely with the founders and the rest of the founding team.

As part of an early-stage startup, you will be working hands-on building great experiences across touchpoints - Online and offline.

Though our core customers are the buyers, our business model has three major user segments: buyers, sellers and channel partners. You will enable our different functions to execute their vision and incorporate design thinking to create impact. You will also continue building our brand language and help build a highly recognisable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve on and maintain the brand identity across various channels

Build rich experiences using design for our customers both online and offline

Work as part of the sales and marketing team to create plans/strategies and execute them

Create templates to enable every team to achieve their goals as seamlessly as possible

Requirements:

A great portfolio showcasing your approach to solving problems and visual design skills.

2-3 years of experience (Portfolio > experience)

Strong interpersonal skills and who can work directly with the team

Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Ability to design experiences at least 2 steps higher than what exists.

As an early stage startup, we do not define ourselves to the roles but wear multiple hats and enable each other. An ideal candidate would be a generalist who is not constrained by the medium or software but with a strong fundamental thinking.
