Job description
- 负责前视摄像头单元中车道感知算法的研发与迭代，支撑L2/L2+辅助驾驶功能在量产项目中的落地。
- 设计基于Transformer架构的轻量化车道检测模型，并针对车规级嵌入式芯片的算力限制进行专项优化。
- 提升算法在复杂光照、遮挡、车道线磨损等挑战场景下的检测鲁棒性，有效解决实际道路中的长尾问题。
- 完成模型量化与嵌入式平台部署工作，确保量产环境下实时性与精度的平衡。
- 硕士及以上学历，2年以上自动驾驶或ADAS感知算法开发经验。
- 深入理解Transformer/CNN网络结构，熟练使用PyTorch框架，熟悉BEV感知或车道检测的主流方法。
- 具备模型量化、剪枝等轻量化部署经验，熟悉地平线、TDA4等嵌入式平台者优先。
- 扎实的Python和C++编程能力，良好的工程实现习惯，具备优秀的问题分析与沟通协作能力。
