YOUR ROLE

The HR Generalist/Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources function, with a focus on Talent management, and providing strategic HR support to a designated business function. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities, from handling complex international assignments to driving HR projects that strengthen talent development, succession planning, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness :

• Participate in and lead HR projects
• Talent Management: Development/ Learning & Acquisition
• HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support

ABOUT YOU

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and HR Data management
• Interest in HR Projects and HR Business Partnering
• Fluent in English
