Apply to this jobAs a Video Editor for Daos Production, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that is strong in storytelling, visually engaging, and suitable for commercial use across client projects, social media, and internal productions.
Your mission is to turn raw footage into polished, dynamic content that reflects the brand’s quality and works effectively across different formats such as podcasts, events, interviews, reels, highlights, shows, and documentaries.
How You’ll Contribute
- You will edit video content across multiple formats, including reels, event highlights, podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos, social media content, trailers, teasers, and promo materials.
- You will shape the structure of each video by selecting strong moments, building narrative flow, pacing, emotional rhythm, and a clear final story.
- You will work with music, sound design, titles, b-roll, graphics, logos, subtitles, and visual accents to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- You will adapt content for different platforms and formats, including horizontal, vertical, square, short-form, and long-form versions.
- You will collaborate with producers, camera operators, marketing, and design teams to deliver a cohesive final product.
- You will also contribute to developing the Daos Production editing style, including references, templates, editing guidelines, and production workflows.
What You Bring:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with solid knowledge of After Effects. Good understanding of color correction, sound design, titles, motion graphics, and clean editing workflows.
- Experience working with a wide range of formats, including reels, highlights, interviews, podcasts, event videos, YouTube content, and social media assets.
- Ability to handle large volumes of raw material, quickly identify strong moments, build engaging narratives, and adapt content across multiple formats.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, responsibility for deadlines, and the ability to receive feedback and implement changes quickly.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.
