Video/Animation Designer

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Video/Animation Designer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. Salary Range:  PHP 75,000-90,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

MUST-HAVE:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics/2D
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
• Flexible design sensibility w/ the ability to translate to other formats
• Experience with motion and animation (intermediate proficiency)
• Basic vector illustration skills (vector line illustrations, icons)
• Knowledge of the Google Drive suite

CORE TASKS:

• Iterate off existing assets to create new short-form video content
• Follow creative briefs and efficiently, effectively, and autonomously generate quality content
• Replicate best-in-class motion content using existing creative assets
• Review creative briefs to align editing style, pacing, and effects with brand goals
• Follow brand guidelines and/or existing, high-performing creative examples to ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding
• Implement best practices for retention, such as dynamic pacing, jump cuts, engaging captions, and sound design
• Create animation/motion graphics/applications (based on client-provided brief)
• Produce variants of existing static designs to keep up with industry standards. 

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Familiarity with Figma (or willingness to learn - GA can provide training!)
• Experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment (Finance/Healthcare) with tight deadlines, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
• Knowledge of 3D design (Cinema 4D or willingness to learn)
• Experience with Autodesk Flame or screen tracking
• Knowledge of Adobe Substance for 3D asset creation
• Experience with music/audio mixing and sound design
