Responsibilities

  • Master internal systems, approval workflows, and data structures quickly to serve as the team's operational expert.
  • Gather international information and updates regarding partner agreements, and organize disparate data sources into clean, centralized automated data flows.
  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time visibility into health for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy automated reporting pipelines and scripts to eliminate manual database tracking and optimize daily operational tasks.
  • Manage the end-to-end agreement request process, triggering international workflows and securing necessary business approvals across global teams.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or advanced spreadsheets).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, database management, or an analytical role.
  • Experience developing workflow automations, macros, or reporting pipelines (e.g., Google Applications Script, SQL, Python, or Programming Language).
  • Experience organizing and transforming unstructured international data into clean, automated data flows.
  • Ability to rapidly learn, adapt to, and master new internal software, systems, compliance protocols, and data models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage communication and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Passion for and familiarity with the online video, media, or creator ecosystem.

This is a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position.
