We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Tech Risk Management I to join our Technology Risk Management (2LOD) team. This role is in Pune, MH Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform review and oversight of technology high-level assessments (HLA), risk-and-control-self-assessment (RCSA) and Risk appetite of the enterprise (Technology and Information Risk) for evaluating and representing adequate technology risk posture
- Perform review and oversight of Evidence Based Controls Self-Assessment (EBCA) of Technology controls implemented by 1LOD.
- Collaborate with Functional SME team to ensure that EBCA review and challenges for their respective areas of expertise is completed.
- Perform review and oversight into changes implemented in Policies, Standards and procedures as part of annual refresh.
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of team's processes through ongoing initiatives including solutions to automate, build efficiencies, and maintain consistency across deliveries
- When needed, extend support to team members on different types of risk assessments and metrics oversight
- Prepare executive level reports for regulators and senior management
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 7+ years of experience required experience with technology or financial services industry is required
- Sound understanding of Industry wide Technology Controls, Issue Management and Risk Management Framework
- Expert attention to detail, organizational and executive communication skills and experience are required
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus (CRISC, CISA, ITIL, ISO27001, COBIT)
- Technical experience with SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI, ServiceNow is a plus
- Consulting and engagement with senior leadership experience is a plus
