Job Responsibilities
Provides hands-on HR consultation and strategic business partnership across domestic properties and corporate, supporting the business goal and principles of The OUTRIGGER Way. Manages employee relations, advises on HR policies, talent management, and legal compliance, and serves as a Workday SME for the HCM/recruiting modules. Collaborates with HR, legal, and operations teams to manage risks and disclosures, maintains clear internal communication, and supports an informed workforce. Delivers HR training, supports acquisitions/closures, and develops policies and initiatives to attract and retain talent. Coaches HR staff, promotes consistency across locations, contributes to HR reporting, and models company values in all actions. Supports the Chief People Officer to promote consistency of OUTRIGGER HR philosophy in all locations, including Asia Pacific properties.
Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.
Minimum Requirements
10 years of experience leading a major function(s) within Human Resources in a service-related industry of a company generally equal to or greater size (4,000) than OUTRIGGER. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; or equivalent work experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

While base pay starts at $176,000- $193,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
