·   

·       Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the GreatNonprofits’ overall strategy

·       Drive all phases of business development, including research, market analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of partners

·       Proactively identify key growth areas and evaluate opportunities to build market share.

·       Develop and manage programs for different buyer audiences, products and services

·       Manage contract negotiations

·       Build excellent working relationships at all levels while coordinating integration planning of new businesses

Development Management:

·       Prospect and cultivate relationships with foundation staff and individual donors

·       Prepare and submit foundation grants and corporate requests

·       Minimum of 5-8 years’ sales, marketing or business development experience

·       Previous experiences in software selling is an advantage

·       Strong verbal and writing skills to communicate the GreatNonprofits mission to others effectively

·       Strong public speaking experience

·       Successful track record of business development, account management and sales strategy

·       Excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

·       Prior work or volunteer experience at a nonprofit

·       Familiarity with fundraising required

·       Compensation: Base plus Bonus with excellent earning potential
