In this role, you will:</p><ul style="padding-left: 2rem; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3pt; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><li>Assists with workload management and case assignment activities by processing cases assigned through the care management system. Reviews case records for completeness, accuracy, eligibility requirements, and other factors necessary to advance case processing. Evaluates case notes and supporting documentation to determine appropriate next steps.&nbsp;</li><li>Schedules appointments and coordinates service delivery through in-person meetings, telephone, email, video conferencing, and other digital platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts interviews as needed with veterans, service members, dependents, and survivors to assess eligibility for federal, state, and local veterans' benefits and services, provide guidance regarding available programs, and obtain information necessary to support claims and case development.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares reports, correspondence, case summaries, and other administrative documents related to assigned workload, program operations, and claimant services.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains accurate and timely case records by updating required tracking fields, case notes, and case statuses within case management systems. Documents case activities, outcomes, and supporting information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and recordkeeping requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in meetings, training programs, and continuing education activities to maintain required accreditation, professional competency, and knowledge of program requirements.
