Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities would be monitor and coordinate voyage charters and time charters
- Liaise with owners and charterers to ensure smooth voyage operations.
- Handle claims and demurrage.
- Draw up and prepare charter parties.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or a related field.
- Typically 3-5 years of experience in vessel operations or a related role in the shipping industry.
- Hands-on experience with voyage planning, stowage planning, and bunker management.
- Experience in handling claims (e.g., demurrage, deviation) is often required.
- Precision in documentation and laytime calculations.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Plan and monitor the vessel's route for optimal time and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with charterers, agents, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
