How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
•The primary mission is to promote ALMS ventilation equipment by building deep technical trust with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and hospital teams
• She/He contributes to the growth of our market share and business within Poland and the CEE region
Main Responsibilities:
• Clinical Promotion: Act as the technical expert to promote ventilation equipment and accessories in both homecare and hospital environments
• Build and maintain close relationships with medical experts and distribution partners, acting as the primary liaison between them, the hospitals, and the patients
• Proactively demonstrate equipment to healthcare professionals to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Geographic Focus: Poland (80%): Primary focus and boots-on-the-ground presence
• CEE Support: Occasional support for Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary and Croatia
• Training & Support: Ensure the distribution network and clinical staff are perfectly trained on the product portfolio (Ventilation, Masks)

Are you a MATCH?
Education & Professional Background:
• Physiotherapist (Respiratory), Biomedical Engineer, or a closely related clinical field
• Minimum of 5 years in the medical industry, ideally with direct experience in ventilation or respiratory therapy
• A highly technical/clinical profile with a strong commercial flair. We need someone who speaks "clinician to clinician" but never loses sight of business development
Languages:
• Polish: Native (Mandatory)
• English: Full professional proficiency for regional reporting and collaboration
• German and/or Other CEE dialects: Highly valued as a plus
Key Competencies:
• Exceptional ability to federate internal teams and convince high-level medical customers
• Autonomy: Capacity to deploy action plans and formalize development axes independently
• Analysis: Ability to synthesize complex clinical data into clear value propositions for customers
• Based in Poland (flexible location)
• High mobility required for frequent travel within Poland and occasional trips to the CEE region and Germany
