The Industrial Engineering Graduate Programme provides exposure to supply
chain design, operational excellence, network optimisation and business improvement initiatives.
Graduates will work with experienced professionals to analyse operational challenges, optimise supply chain performance and support strategic projects that improve efficiency, service and profitability across the business.
Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate Programme
About the Programme
The Supply Chain & Logistics Graduate Programme provides practical exposure to transport operations, warehousing, planning, distribution, customer service and
operational performance management.
Graduates will gain experience across key areas of the supply chain while contributing to initiatives that improve service delivery, efficiency and operational excellence.
Commercial & Supply Chain Analytics Graduate Programme
About the Programme
The Commercial & Supply Chain Analytics Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who are passionate about data, analytics, commercial decision-making and business performance.
Graduates will gain exposure to customer analytics, sales and merchandising performance, supply chain analytics, commercial strategy and business development while helping drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Account Graduate Programme
The Key Account Management Graduate Programme provides practical exposure to the running of Principal accounts, managing relationships with customers, ensuring that all queries on the account are fielded and addressed directly with the customer.
Graduates will gain experience on service, performance (SLA), how costing data (volume & value trends) is analysed and collated for the customer; and have insight into customer requirements and identify opportunities to create joint efficiencies to manage customer profitability.

Eligibility
To be considered for the Vector Logistics Graduate Programme, applicants must:
• Be in their final year of study or have completed their qualification within the last two years.
• Meet the minimum qualification requirements for the relevant graduate stream.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance.
• Be passionate about building a career in logistics, supply chain and business.
• Be willing to work from Midrand, Johannesburg for all the programmes except for the Key Account Management programmes which is also located in Midrand, Cape Town and Durban.
Applicable degrees are:
Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data
Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, Operations
Management or related degrees.
