Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with each department, as well as with our subsidiaries around the globe, to ensure the best team approach to a certain task/situation.
- Ensure mandatory tasks are completed according to respective requirements and deadlines.
- Provide support in administrative tasks as needed: document organization, classification, filing, etc.
- Proactively contribute to a synergetic work environment.
- Participate in IEFP related and department related meetings.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, and others.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued.
- Attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
