Bell/Valet Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Bell/Valet Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing, supervising, directing and coordinating all operations of Bell/Door Staff in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner; including helping guests into and out of the Resort, coordinating traffic on the front drive, providing pickup and delivery of guest's luggage, and providing delivery of items to guests as requested.

By ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences while coaching and supporting your team, you'll help deliver warm hospitality, personalized service, and the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Kalahari experience.

Pay Rate - $16 - $18/Hr.

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient front drive operations.
  • Coach, train, and develop associates while promoting a positive, guest-focused team culture.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling, valet services, and transportation assistance.
  • Monitor traffic flow at the resort entrance to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery opportunities with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and delivery of guest luggage, packages, and other requested items.
  • Maintain department standards for appearance, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments to meet business and guest service needs.
  • Enforce resort policies, safety procedures, and valet/bell service standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

 

What We’re Looking For  

 

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, valet, bell services, front office, or a related guest service environment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team while fostering a positive, service-focused culture.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond quickly to changing operational needs.
