Responsibilities

 Design and build applications for the iOS platform

 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

 Ensure that all apps are built using compiled libraries that can be ported or implementedeasily in 3rd party apps

 Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features, correct bottlenecks, andfix bugs

 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

 Design and develop interfaces, specifications, interaction models, screen layouts, etc

. Obsess over good user-centric interaction practices and own the designed elements

 Bring strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to a highly collaborative teamenvironment

Skills And Experience

 Proficient with Objective-C, and (optionally) Swift, and Cocoa Touch

 Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Bluetooth, Core Location, etc

. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services Knowledgeof other web technologies and UI/UX standards

 Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

 Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

 Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools

 Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications (especially using AWS)

 Knack for benchmarking and optimization

 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools - specifically GIT and BitBucket
