Job Description:
Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows
- Identify and follow up on missing documents, records, and critical case information.
- Support clients by managing case-related administrative processes and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items.
- Obtain and track medical records, billing statements, and other required documentation from healthcare providers.
- Communicate with medical offices, hospitals, and other providers to request information and resolve outstanding issues.
- Review medical bills for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with case requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in case management or at a Law Firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
