We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Experience Design Dpt, with a strong design mindset and the ability to bridge user flows and interface design. You’ll work across the experience spectrum, from analyzing user needs and translating business requirements into flows, to crafting detailed, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces. 

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a hybrid UX/UI role 
  • Confidence across the full design process, from flow to final screen 
  • Expert knowledge of UX/UI design principles, techniques and methodologies 
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools (we work on Figma) 
  • Experience working with a design system, its curation and maintenance 
  • Good organization and communication skills 
  • Eye for detail and a good sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and accessibility 

 

Will be considered as a plus 

  • Experience with Atomic Design 
  • Experience with usability practices and motion design  
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design 
  • Exposure to e-commerce or multi-flow digital products 

 As a UX/UI Designer you will: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.  
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns. 
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs in line with brand and design system guidelines. 
  • Manage, contribute, and evolve the project’s design system. 
  • Provide detailed hand-off to developers with clear specifications and optimized assets. 
  • Participate in design reviews, internal QA, and support the dev team during implementation. 
  • Translate insights from UXR into clear and usable interface designs. 
  • Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and relevant design patterns to inform design decisions.
