We are looking for a strong Project Manager, someone who can: 

? Program manage financials/ metrics and workflow allocation for global projects on UX research cutting across multiple geographies and suppliers. 

? Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 

? Familiarity with the details of UX research/ Natie Experience studies and can execute on key components 

? Create a performance management framework for multiple global suppliers ensuring that they adhere to set SLAs 

? Create/ improve a QA framework for UX projects/ Native experience studies 




Requirements: 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with large global projects 

- Proven track record of success as a project manager in a fast paced environment. 

- Ability to navigate organizational complexity with multiple stakeholders. 

- Familiarity with or experience in performing analysis and presenting findings using tools like: 

(Google Sheets / Excel) SQL queries (or other structured query languages) Google tools, and or Fusion Tables 

- Undergraduate degree in Human Computer Interaction (or equivalent experience) 


Preferred Qualification: 

- Bonus: understanding of schemas and object models, identifying underlying problems, with the ability to make recommendations to software engineers. 

- Project management certifications such as PMP or SCPM (or equivalent experience) 

- Masters Degree is preferred

Key Responsibilities 


Key Driver to ensure projects launch and are completed on time. 


? Managing request funnel for multiple projects (some running concurrently) 

? Main POC for Google PAs and vendors to initiate UX research projects 

? Maintain calendar or other capacity tracking tool 

? Reporting of Key Performance Indicators for various projects to enable performance evaluation of suppliers/ management through SLAs. 

? Monitoring high standards and working with supplier and stakeholder contacts on new methods and procedures. 

? Creation, implementation and development of a team site to house all collateral, matrices, results and key findings in a central repository along with process documentation. 

? Ensuring and developing best practice principles in conjunction with wider UX team. 

? Reporting & comparison of supplier performance 

? Communication with key stakeholders
