UX Designer/Senior UX Designer

Services: User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, UX Strategy Services, UX Prototype

1. Plan and execute UXD projects working independently with the client (multiple stakeholders) by diagnosing business and user needs

2. Create and present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy

3. Provide insightful UI solutions to business challenges and design robust UI structures based on business and user insights

4. Partner with user researchers to drive research to find user needs

5. Work as a design lead to manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers

6. Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong usability principles and rationale

7. Team up with the backend development people to ensure your design gets translated well as a final product

8. Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

9. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, while focusing on delivery quality.

MUST HAVE

1. Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior and synthesizing insights into design.

2. Hands-on experience of all usability processes.

3. Proven ability to plan and conduct UX Design activities independently.

4. Eye for details with strong knowledge of visual design principles.

5. Experience designing types of UI (Website, GUI, Web, tablet, and Mobile applications).

6. Familiarity with various UI technologies.

7. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative study methods is preferred.

8. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills.

9. Self-starter, smart at getting things done with a good sense of humor.

10. Flexible by nature and comfortable with ambiguity with ‘Just Do It’ attitude.

11. Minimum 4+ years of solid industry experience.

Design degree is required (Bachelor/Masters in design - UX design/Interaction Design)
