UX Designer

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platforms.

Job requirements:
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
