UX Designer

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience.

Job requirements:
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
