UX design Intern

Role responsibilities:

• Take mid-stage wireframes and concept sketches created by senior UX designers and transform them into polished, high-fidelity mockups aligned with the Ericsson Design System.
• Create comprehensive interaction specifications to guide developers.
• Justify design decisions using established usability heuristics, design conventions, and user-centered principles.
• Provide ongoing support and collaboration with developers during implementation.

Relevant experience and skills:

• Student's status in a Hungarian University (Bachelor/Master Program majored in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar).
• Understanding of user experience principles and digital product design workflows.
• Experience in designing desktop applications within a structured design system framework, showcased by a school project or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, capable of producing high-quality design deliverables.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate design rationale effectively.

Experience / competence that is seen as an advantage:

• Prior experience with UX design projects in a business-to-business (B2B) context.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams, including UX designers, developers, and product owners.
• Experience in develop user flows that map out user journeys and interactions, showcased by a school project or similar.
