Job Title UX Designer

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction design, Graphic design, or a related field; or 4+ years of equivalent, relevant experience

• A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions

• Experience with designing data visualizations

• Proficient in industry standard tools like Balsamiq, UX Pin, Adobe CS Suite, Axure or similar

• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and an ability to gracefully defend your design decisions

• Familiarity with pattern libraries, for using and extending patterns

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with HTML 5 / CSS

• Experience with user research and usability

• Visual design experience demonstrated through mockups and design guides
