Ability to analyse and create:

Wireframes, Sitemaps, Experience Maps, User & Process Flows, Conceptual Models, Storyboards, User Personas & Scenarios, UX Competitive/Comparative Analyses, Primary/Secondary Market Research.

• Expert level knowledge of software development and project management methodologies with ability to lead a cross-organizational, complex project.
• Proficiency in software and systems design and architecture
• Ability to work in a fast paced, e-commerce environment
