Job Description Summary :

Carry out administrative process manually and SAP acceptance, storage and disposal of packaging materials and auxiliary materials.

Job Descriptions :

1. Handling the administration of receipt, storage and disposal of packaging materials and auxiliary materials
2. Make a report of material packaging mutations and auxiliary materials
3. Entering data / transaction receipt, packaging material expenditure and auxiliary materials into SAP system
4. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
5. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.
6. Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness in the area of ​​work, and tidiness documents that are the responsibility
7. Responsible for documentation in accordance with approved quality records
8. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
9. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or a related field

• Experience in utilities, maintenance, or facilities management

• Relevant engineering or project management certifications are a plus
