Usher

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Ushers to support various live events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions across the UAE. Ushers play a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by assisting attendees and ensuring the smooth flow of event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct attendees to registration, seating, entrances, exits, and other designated areas.
• Check tickets, invitations, wristbands, or guest lists as required.
• Provide guests with event information and answer general inquiries.
• Assist with crowd flow, queue management, and wayfinding.
• Support VIP arrivals and reserved seating when required.
• Monitor assigned areas and report any issues or incidents to the Event Supervisor.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Follow all event procedures, health and safety guidelines, and instructions from the event management team.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in ushering, events, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and varying shift schedules.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
