Title: Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Duration: 6 month (may extend)


Summary: 

• We are seeking someone with a passion for user experience design to assist us in developing our next generation of web-based software products.

• As a part of the UX Design team you will assist in defining and executing an iterative UX development process to design & prototype future web-based products.


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product teams to uncover business needs, develop design strategies and communicate your design solutions 

• Design and specify the product experience using iterative design techniques including design studios, customer interviews and usability testing 

• Produce design deliverables such as sketches, scenarios, wireframes, mental models and prototypes 

• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually 

• Accountable for the quality of work, delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs 


Qualifications: 

• Proven ability to work in a cross-discipline, open and creative team 

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, passionate about delivering the best user experience possible 

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in user-centric design 

• Experience in rapid prototyping a plus
