As a Used Car Inspector, you will perform detailed inspections, uncover potential issues, and provide comprehensive assessments to support our sales team and enhance customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough inspections of used vehicles, evaluating their mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic conditions.
• Document inspection findings and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Conduct test drives to assess vehicle performance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with service departments to address any vehicle issues identified during inspections.
• Maintain organized records of inspections and generate reports.
• Stay informed on industry standards and advancements in automotive inspection techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive inspections or a related field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and safety regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and keen observation skills.
• Good communication skills to effectively share findings with staff and customers.
• Ability to offer solid recommendations based on inspection outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certification or similar automotive qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require.
