What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Manager, Real Estate, oversees a broad portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition and managing negotiations and lease enforcement. What you'll do:
- Manage the real estate portfolio by evaluating properties for development or disposition and coordinating with internal partners and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate lease terms, short-term property uses, and construction contracts while ensuring compliance and cost control.
- Oversee market analysis, site selection, and return on investment evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with government agencies to mitigate risks and enhance corporate reputation.
- Lead and develop associates through mentoring, performance management, and team-building initiatives.
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in real estate development and portfolio management, including site selection and market analysis.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing construction costs, contract negotiations, and change order evaluations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Effective business negotiation skills to manage deal terms and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
