As a Senior Associate Business Immigration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex employment-based immigration cases, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and developing strategic solutions for global mobility. You will work directly with clients and legal teams, helping businesses and employees achieve immigration success with efficiency, precision, and care.

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate Business Immigration Analyst to support multinational clients in navigating U.S. employment-based immigration. In this role, you will work under attorney supervision, guiding clients through the end-to-end visa process with a client-first approach. You'll collaborate with a team of legal professionals and immigration analysts, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Associate Business Immigration Analyst, you will:

  • Mentor and review the work of junior Business Immigration Analysts.

  • Draft and prepare complex petitions for employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including PERM applications and adjustment of status filings.

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and assisting with reporting and data requests.

  • Support program management for client accounts and lead special projects to optimize immigration processes.

  • Train junior staff on U.S. immigration policies and case management best practices.

  • Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance and best-in-class service.

  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance client experience and streamline workflows.

  • Engage in continuous learning, incorporating feedback to improve skills and expertise.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of case preparation and client deliverables.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.

  • Participate in client meetings, offering insights and strategic solutions.

  • Communicate effectively, adapting your approach to build strong client relationships.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.

  • Paralegal certificate or university degree is a plus.

  • Strong interest in upskilling for a digital world, embracing technology-driven solutions to enhance immigration services.

  • Familiarity with Vialto Law’s tech-driven solutions, including myMobility Mobile app and our latest Mobility Moments and Mobility Brand updates on LinkedIn.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid and Remote opportunities available

  • Compensation Salary Range: $52,000 - $104,200
