We are currently hiring for International Inbound technical Support Process for the position of Snr.Process Technician or Technical Support Associates.

Process: Inbound Technical Support

Location: Kolkata

Salary: up to 24K

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass with fluency in english

Criteria:

Must have experience in Outbound or Inbound Technical Support in International BPO

Should have good convincing skill

Must have good command over English

Flexible for night shift

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling pop up calls from US customers with issues related to the computer peripherals
2. Troubleshooting customers systems and resolve all the issues.
3. Help them out with necessary solutions and close the calls and cases.

Freshers with B.Tech and IOS knowledge are preferable...
