Upholsterer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our team in Tupelo, MS. In this role, you will repair, restore, and create high-quality upholstered furniture and interiors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with a variety of materials and takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, restore, and build upholstered furniture and interior components
• Measure, cut, sew, and install fabric, leather, and other materials onto frames
• Replace or repair padding, springs, webbing, and structural elements
• Interpret project specifications or client requests to achieve desired designs
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous upholstery experience (furniture, automotive, marine, or related field)
• Strong understanding of upholstery tools, techniques, and materials
• Ability to measure, cut, and sew with accuracy
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
