• Contribution of knowledge and experience in one of our core team areas (Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, AI Engineering, Innovation Management, Project Management, Sales, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset as well as curiosity and enthusiasm
• Good understanding of the market, high technical affinity and interest in emerging technologies
• Business fluency in German & English
