We are looking for experienced university consultants, guidance professionals, admissions advisors, counselors, or educators who are passionate about helping students navigate one of the most important milestones in their academic journey. We’re all about creating an environment where students receive personalized guidance and feel confident throughout the university application process.

As a Prep Academy University Consultant, you will:

• Guide students and families through the college admissions process with personalized, in-home support.
• Develop customized post-secondary plans based on each student's academic profile, interests, and goals.
• Assist students with North Carolina, out-of-state, and private college selection, application strategies, personal statements, extracurricular planning, scholarship opportunities, and admissions timelines.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them informed throughout the admissions journey and provide ongoing support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking dynamic, compassionate professionals who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a current, valid North Carolina Professional Educator's License issued by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI).
• You have experience as a college admissions consultant, guidance counselor, or university advisor.
• You’re a qualified teacher, counselor, or education professional with experience supporting students through the post-secondary planning process.
• You have experience working in college admissions, student services, or academic advising at an accredited college or university.
• You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university and enjoy mentoring students pursuing higher education.
• You're currently located in North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Brier Creek, Leesville
